Summer Insanity Workouts at Fleet Feet!
Looking for a way to beat the heat and enhance your fitness this summer? Join us for our Summer Insanity Workout series Thursdays at 7:00am at Fleet Feet Tanque Verde. Beginning June 2 and running through July 28 certified instructors Julie Groce and Elizabeth McDougal will lead us in a fun, fast-paced 30 minute workout.
A total body workout that requires no gym or equipment, Insanity is based on a fitness method called "max interval training." After a warm-up, we'll alternate intense work intervals and rest periods, followed by a cool down. The idea is to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat. It's a great compliment to running and walking!
The best part? Each class is totally free! We'll be accepting cash or check donations for The Humane Society of Southern Arizona. Come dressed to workout and bring water and a towel. Doors open at 6:45am and we'll begin the workout promptly at 7:00am.
