The Trail Running Film Festival 2023 Presented by Fleet Feet Tucson and Hoka

The Trail Running Film Festival is back on tour and coming to Fleet Feet Tucson for a great night of films, inspiration, and community. 

You're invited to celebrate running as a universal practice with us. Come explore our collective and individual potential, and let's pursue our wildest dreams. 

We're excited to bring you stories from around the world by filmmakers sharing their work of adventure, inclusivity, wilderness, art, and diversity across the trail and ultra community. 

This year's film festival includes nine films ranging in length from three to twenty minutes:

  • From the Shadow of a Mountain by Alex Massey
  • Solo by Ellie Green
  • Chasing Crazy by Lady Mountain Films
  • Run Free by Ethan DeLorenzo
  • The Reality of Running by Milo Zanecchia
  • Faith in the Future by Adam Wells and Ryan Scura
  • Footprints Running Camp by Max Romey
  • Nettie from Ohio by Jessica Vandenbush
  • Out Trails by Nick Danielson

The Trail Running Film Festival will last approximately two hours with a brief intermission in between. There will be giveaways and raffle prizes from Fleet Feet Tucson and Hoka, and race entries from Everyone Runs, Everyone Walks! 

There are a limited number of tickets that will go fast, so we recommend you purchase early.

  • Price: $20 with an optional $5 donation to support underrepresented filmmakers

The Trail Running Film Festival is committed to working towards equal representation in the creative films that we present. Supporting filmmakers in their work to document and explore our sport is core to their mission. The Trail Running Film Festival is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to celebrate running as a universal practice to explore our collective and individual potential and pursue our wildest dreams. They accomplish this by documenting the culture of trail running, supporting filmmakers and creatives, and hosting events that bring our community together.
