Before we launch our Fall Half Marathon and Marathon training program, we will be offering free to attend Saturday Long runs (1 each month) from the store. We will provide routes with turn by turn directions, nutrition and hydration, as well as a key/phone box to hold all your personal items while out on the run. The dates for these are:
1/4: Routes of 6 & 8 Miles
2/8: Routes of 8 & 10 Miles featuring Currex!
3/8: Routes of 10 & 12 Miles
4/5: Routes of 10 & 13 Miles
5/10: Routes of 10 & 14 Miles
6/14: Routes of 10 & 15 Miles
7/19: Routes of 10, 12, & 16 Miles
