Does what I need it to
I needed extra hydration and a pocket for keys and fuel. This is comfortable and I can still protect myself when falling on the trail (yep it happened). I landed on it with no damage to myself or the bottle. It will not fit an iPhone 6 Plus. You can remove the bottle to wash but it has to be in the holder before you fill it lid won't fit through hole.
