Great flow rate with easy nozzle
This bottle works great on longer runs where you need water but shorter than runs where you need a vest. The flow rate is better than my Nathan bottle. Easy to hold and carry even when you are running with a dog leash. The nozzle is also easy to open and close on the run.

The bottle is everything I expected from it! It's comfortable to run with & hold and the squirt function works well. The water hasn't carried any plastic residue taste as I was somewhat concerned about.
