ASICS packed the Superblast with FF Blast Turbo foam, its lightest foam composition ever. Designers layered the Blast Turbo on top of FF Blast Plus cushioning for a bouncy, energetic ride. With all that foam, the Superblast boasts a 45.5 mm stack height in the heel and 37.5 mm stack height in the forefoot, making it ASICS’ most-cushioned ride yet.
The breezy mesh upper keeps overall weight to a minimum, while the traditional lace closure ensures a secure fit.
With a lightweight feel and ultra-cushioned ride, the ASICS Superblast can help you shave seconds off your PR or tack on some extra miles to your weekly total.
NOTE: The ASICS Superblast is a unisex-sized shoe. Men's sizes are shown. Women should order 1.5 sizes below their standard running shoe size. For example: for a women's size 8 shoe, order a size 6.5.

Very light and comfortable - versatile for all runs. Ankle area could use more padding to create a plush feel. Not as responsive as advertised but wears well. I went down 0.5 from my true size. Comparable to the Novablast
