The ASICS GEL-Cumulus 23 delivers customized comfort to every runner.
The updated GEL-Cumulus 23 includes a full-length bottom layer of FLYTEFOAM technology to deliver even more cushioning and a silky smooth ride. Lightweight FLYTEFOAM works with super-soft GEL cushioning to provide ideal shock absorption in the heel, creating supported landings and poppy take-offs.
In addition to the GEL tech, ASICS introduced its 3D Space Construction design to the Cumulus 23. This helps the shoe compress specifically to the individual runner’s needs without reducing the overall stability of the shoe. Plus, 3D Space Construction in the women’s model offers gender-specific cushioning and compression in the forefoot.
A seamless mesh upper is engineered from friction-free 3D printed mesh to wrap your foot in a perfectly secure, yet flexible, fit. The upper works with the blended midsole foams to deliver smooth transitions and cushioned landings mile after mile.

I usually do not run less than 8-9 miles - that would be my short run - and the Asics Gel Cumulus has always been my comfy shoes. The full gel provides good cushioning for the highest mileage runs and races. I’ve tried other of the popular thick-soled shoes that say they provide the most cushioning and comfort but I think the full gel and asic technology by far is more comfortable. Try these shoes! Your feet will thank you!

Great cushion and comfort
The gel-cumulus have been my go to running shoe for over 6 years now. This new model is another successful creation with the right amount of cushion and comfort. I will put over 500 miles on these.
