- Upper - A new, engineered warp knit upper improves the fit and feel on your foot. It is breathable and flexible, while still being soft and secure.
- Midsole - the new nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 is added to the Glycerin GTS and there is even more of it to give you a plush, durable and responsive ride. A broad platform makes sure you have smooth heel-to-toe transitions.
- Stability - Brooks’ GuideRail® holistic support system supports your body in its natural motion path while keeping excess movement in check, similar to bumpers on a bowling alley.
- Outsole - New RoadTrack rubber on the outsole is lightweight, durable and includes recycled silica.

What’s New
Brooks made the new Glycerin GTS softer and more sustainable. They added DNA Loft v3, a nitrogen-infused foam that is lightweight, responsive and durable. Designers also added 2mm of the cushioning to make it plusher and more comfortable over the long haul.
A new warp knit upper improved the breathability, fit and feel of the shoe and the new RoadTack Rubber includes recycled silica, is lightweight and durable. The recycled materials in the shoe are the equivalent of five plastic water bottles.

Comfort & durability
I walk 8-12 miles a day. My Brookes hold up great in terms of comfort and durability.
Increased mobility and decreased pain
I bought these shoes for my father with severe nerve pain and inward pronation of his right foot. In the past (prior to the purchase of these shoes) his foot pain was so bad that he could not walk long distances and used a boot due to the pain. After wearing these shoes his pain has decreased significantly (due to the good support and stability). He does not wear his boot anymore and can walk longer distances without pain. These shoes were a definite game changer when it came to his pain and mobility. We will continue to purchase this model in the future.
