Diadora Atomo v7000
Features
Combine Italian style with performance in the Diadora Atomo v7000.
The midsole of the Atomo v700 is engineered with Diadora’s DD Anima foam that has great shock absorption while also being lightweight and responsive. This foam is combined with a Pebax shank to give you propulsion and energy savings for a fast, smooth run.
The plush upper is made of nylon air mesh that makes it breathable while suede-like material accents the shoe. There is a thick, padded tongue and heel counter that locks your foot in place.
The Duratech 5000 outsole contains a wear-resistant rubber compound to make sure that your shoes are durable for those long runs. It should be noted that Fleet Feet reviewers found that the women’s size fit a half-size small, while the men’s was true to size in our Diadora Atomo v7000 review.
Whether you are wearing them for your next run or as a fashion statement the next time you go out, turn heads as you race by in the Diadora Atomo v7000.

Durable very soft multi-use
My trainer…reviewing at 390 miles (75% treadmill 25% track). I absolutely recommend this shoe and think it’s a great value actually. I love a highly cushioned shoe for my trainer and this gem has wayyyy more cushion than anything on the market (ASICS Nimbus Saucony Triumph New Balance 1080 HOKA Bondi). Didn’t realize just how spoiled I was until I tried to find something softer. And believe me I’ve tried! Had to repurpose my Bondi’s for leg day at the gym lol they just don’t compare cushion-wise to the Diadora. The tread has barely worn if at all. Only one small patch wore smooth and that’s probably my feet dragging on the track. The tread is grippy and designed for road surfaces. No wear or holes inside the shoe other than a small spot that doesn’t matter (see pictures). Even the Diadora stamp on the insole is still there and clearly legible. Very pleased with the durability. They spot clean well. The suede doesn’t add weight it’s super thin looks sweet/classic and has no stains even though I sweat a lot. My feet get warm but not hot. My feet will sweat but the shoes are not soaked or anything like that just slightly damp and dry to the touch about a hour after a long run. Non-issue but something that concerned me before buying them so letting you know how that turned out. The toe box is roomy I can move and wiggle my foot and toes around enough to feel comfortable. I’ve not experienced any foot leg knee or back pains from this shoe. The laces have never come undone. The laces are a little short so short that I can’t double knot them. But again and surprisingly they’ve never once come loose. Outside of running if my legs and feet are sore from running too much I slip these on with a pair of jeans and it’s like walking on clouds. Whenever they start to finally show signs of a hole forming or the tread wears too much I’ll convert these to my lifestyle shoe to get the most value from them.
