Neutral support and moderate cushioning make the Karhu Ikoni perfect for runs, walks, gym sessions and everything in between. Karhu’s lightweight AeroFoam offers support that works with the unique Ortix footbed to provide individualized cushioning that’s just right for you.
The Karhu Ikoni also features a half-length Fulcrum rocker in the midfoot to promote rolling transitions during walking or running. An updated upper made of a breathable knit mesh uses Karhu’s M-Lock lacing system so you can dial in the fit of your Ikoni’s around the midfoot without constricting your toes.

If you like squeaky shoes
Definitely returning them. They squeak when you walk and they’re not very comfortable.

First Karhu Shoes
I’ve had these for about 5 months wearing them only for training and gave them zero wear on anything outside very light walking. For day-to-day use I’ve been incredibly impressed at the light weight soft+responsive cushioning and stability from the upper. For running I’ve enjoyed them a lot as well. The stack height is a great mix- it’s not too much and I’m still able to have good road feel as I run. Also bonus shoutout to the tongue. I love the rough cut around the edges and exposed foam. No breakdown or loose threads either. At the end of the day I will be buying another pair of Karhus. These are a win

Holy Suction Cup
Extremely comfortable roomy toe box but what the suction cup…? I cannot be the only one who experiences this the cut out shape for the exposed portion of the fulcrum is like a suction cup with the most annoying sound each step (maybe not each step but enough to annoy me). The shoes are comfy but this terrible design flaw has got to be fixed.

Super comfy
I have had these for several months and I love them. I had the original Ikoni’s and those were good but these are better. I work 12 hour shifts in a hospital and these keep my feet comfortable all night. I have done some light running in them as well

My favorite sneakers
These are my favorite sneakers. They fit me and my wife feet perfectly and have plenty of squish to them. I also think they look nice as well. The only disappointing thing about these is the rubber on the outside of the shoe- it’s very fragile and looks beat up in just a few days. I found these shoes about a year ago and I think I’ve ordered my 4th pair. They tend to only last for about 3-4 months before they look bad. I’m also not a runner or someone going on super long walks. I hope they figure out a way to make the rubber last longer and I’ll be so happy.

Terrific!
I've been looking for a pair of shoes that I could wear all day and I finally found them. Very comfortable and being a wide width it is nice to finally get a shoe that makes my feet feel good. First pair of KARHU but I like them so much I already bought a second pair to wear when these get worn!
