• Upper: A lightweight and breathable upper helps you get the speed you need. There is a soft and lightweight heel counter that keeps your heel in place without any added weight. A triple shoelace loop prevents the tongue from shifting, while an internal strap prevents left-right foot sway and supports efficient running.

• Midsole: The midsole consists of a layer of Mizuno Enerzy Lite+ that is softer and lighter weight to support running at speed. There is a glass fiber-infused nylon wave plate that gives you plenty of propulsion and supports the unique geometry for smooth running from heel to toe. Underneath the Wave Plate is a layer of Mizuno Enerzy foam that gives you high energy return.
