This the fifth pair of thes I have owned and the latest is the best ever w.r.t comfort and cushioning

At 69 yo these have been the Best shoes by far that I have ever had!

I think something is wrong with these sneakers. The rubber in the front of the sneaker is thin and bends in on the big toe . Definitely don’t recommend these.

Wide version that fit my feet well. Nice support on my arch

Like my NBX860’s so far. Only 25 miles but I like the cushioning.

I LOVE the New Balance 860 I don't think I'll ever buy another brand. BUT I love the New Balance 860 v12. The NB 860 v 13 REALLY HURT the top of my foot because the tongue is now sewn in and the seam hit just in the wrong spot. I have ordered the NB 860 v 12 where I could find it and will be SO BUMMED if they don't change back to the old style or I'll have to find myself a new brand.☹️

There was a piece of the shoe that was hard poking my toe. Really hurt

GOOD SERVICE KNOWLELEDGE GOOD PRODUCT

The shoes work very well for me with the inserts. It's very hard to fit my feet due to arthritis and the beating I gave them for many years. The only thing I don't like is the color. The ice blue is lighter than it looks on line.

I bought these shoes with excellent advice and service at the Vancouver WA location. With my extra wide feet it is always challenging to get a good fit. The professionals at the Fleet Feet store recommended this shoe and I am delighted with my purchase!

I have Neuropathy which causes foot related issues (blisters sores etc). Once Fleet Feet got me on to the New Balance 860's I no longer have the issues with my feet.

Have really bad feet and have been going to Fleet Feet for years. They actually have people who know and understand the best shoes for the kind of feet I have. Never disappointed.

I had been looking forward to this birthday gift of the New Balance Fresh Foam X 860 slippers. Because they are too narrow at the toes they cause tow pain that causes my to not want to wear them. Very disappointing.

Jeff is a great salesman. He showed me several shoes to choose from but did not push me towards any one shoe. He let me decide.

I'm not a runner so bear that in mind as you read this. I love my New Balance 860s--my feet are stupidly wide and there aren't too many shoes that really fit me right. New Balance shoes fit perfectly are super comfortable and look great too. But there are lots of places to buy the shoes right? I've been a customer of Fleet Feet for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great people who really know the products they carry and always give great advice.
