The On Cloudmonster 2 is best for runners and walkers looking for a neutral running shoe with maximum cushioning to soak up the miles in.
“I’d recommend the Cloudmonster 2 to runners who enjoy stability and responsiveness over an overly plush, pillow-like feel,” says Nate, one of our running shoe testers.

So far I’ve enjoyed the cushion that these shoes provide while also having good stability. They fit really well to my foot, just seem to run slightly large in size. Curious to see how they hold up in long run (lightweight design & material, but is it durable?), but satisfied with them initially!
I bought these for my 81 yo feet with midfoot arthritis. They are nearly perfect for all day indoor and outdoor wear. I got them after some Brooks were too narrow. The right may still be a bit too narrow, but not by much. They are also somewhat 'squeaky.' Glad they come in all black. Now when I go to Europe I only need one pair of shoes.
