My new go-to model for Saucony
Great running shoes light and feel like they fit like a glove. Will be buying more of this model.
Great shoe but wasn’t for me
Haven’t ran in a pair of kinvaras since the 7 or 8. Bought these because I like most of the color schemes and had enjoyed the kinvaras in the past. I’m a heavier runner (220) and require a lot of cushioning in my shoe and wanted something lightweight for speed days. I assumed these might meet my needs as it was advertised they’ve added cushioning. Took a test drive on a newly bought pair and was disappointed felt like I was running on wood blocks. I haven’t ran in a lightweight trainer for a while and may be spoiled by shoes that are more cushioned. Overall fit feel and look were 10/10 but just didn’t meet my needs and had to return them. Someone that’s a more traditional built runner may not see an issue with them but a heavier runner may not have enough cushion
Likely my last Kinvara purchase
I have about 50 miles on mine they were rotated in on my light mileage days during marathon training. The box is too tight and the support at the ankle is shaky with the tongue feeling like it's trying to spring up from inder the laces. They feel flimsy like water shoes. I took them out of my rotation and now I need to figure out what they can be good for to get any real $ worth out of them. I had bought Kinvara 12s and 13s before in-store so I tried an online purchase for these and was very unpleasantly surprised at how different they are from the previous models. This is a real disappointment after loving the Kinavvara 12s and 13s as much as I did. I don't think I'll buy this model any more.
Comfortable run!!
I love them! I’ve got sooo many running shoes! I keep ordering different shoes to help motivate me to get up and move! The Kinvara 14 is the one that does it for me! Nice cushion not stiff comfortable!! I’ll probably order another pair in a different color I’ve got the red!
