Brooks Cascadia 17 GTX
Features
Don’t let a little bad weather get in the way of exploring with the Brooks Cascadia 17 GTX.
Run in the rain, mud and snow, the Cascadia 17 GTX features a GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane that is bonded directly to the upper for a lighter, more flexible fit, making it one of the best waterproof trail shoes.
Brooks re-designed the Cascadia to give runners more confidence, stability and grip on the trails. A brand-new Trail Adapt System integrates Brooks’ cushioned DNA LOFT v2 foam with a middle-loaded ballistic rock shield and zonal outsole pods, so the shoe can adapt to uneven terrain and keep you in control.
You get a ton of grip with Brooks’ new TrailTack® Rubber that’s inspired by the anatomy of mountain goat hooves. Designers created a split outsole in the forefoot to give you enhanced traction while those zonal pods give you better control. Plus, it is made with 25% recycled materials.
Two layers of DNA Loft v2 cushioning surround the Ballistic Rock Shield to give you protection from roots and rocks without limiting flexibility. The upper is protective and durable with a TPU toecap and mudguard. The Brooks Cascadia 17 GTX gives you another reason to run in the rain.
