Details:
- Upper: A waterproof GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane is bonded directly to the upper for a light, flexible fit that provides breathable protection from the elements.
- Midsole: The Ghost 16 comes upgraded with a DNA Loft v3 midsole foam that’s injected with nitrogen, which then turns from a liquid to a gas. The result is a lightweight ride that’s durable and smooths out your run.
- Outsole: RoadTack rubber is a new outsole material from Brooks made of rubber and recycled silica. This combined with the DNA Loft v3 midsole makes the Ghost 16 GTX one of the most durable shoes out there.

Brooks fits just right!
This will be my third pair of the GTX (goretex) shoes- I love them for the winter or running in wet weather. They keep my feet warm and basically dry in colder, snowy or rainy weather. They offer the same great wear and comfort of the mesh running shoes. I've worn Brooks Ghost for years now. I occasionally try another shoe, but keep coming back to Brooks because they are so comfortable! Thank you!
