After a decade of delivering performance no matter the training session, Tracksmith's workhorse Session Shorts were ready for an upgrade. So, they rebuilt them from the inside out with comfort and durability in mind, starting with a new liner made from an Italian-sourced fabric that's so smooth, you won't even notice it. Designers streamlined the waistband with an integrated drawcord to reduce weight and improve comfort. And they added more storage—three internal drop-in pockets and one external zip pocket designed to limit cargo bounce.

Size & Fit
The Session Shorts fit true to size, but if you have experience with the Session Shorts prior to 2024 or are between sizes, please consider sizing down.
