These Superheroes Made a Map of Bathrooms Near the Lakefront Path Since the Park District's are Closed

The redditors over at /r/RunnersInChicago strike again.

First, they helped put together a list of the most dangerous intersections for runners in Chicago. Then, they helped contribute to find the best places to carbo-load before the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Now, they've put together an interactive map that highlights locations of bathrooms near the Lakefront Path that you can use while the park district bathrooms are closed for the winter season.

It started off with a question, which got a decent amount of great suggestions.

Subreddit admin /r/MachoMoco cosigned the Navy Pier spot and added the Shedd Aquarium as a bathroom destination.

Others suggested some grocery stores and Soldier Field, but proceed with caution, especially if you're alone. We recommend running with a buddy or two.

We haven't found too many suggestions along the 606 Path, so if you have any secret spots and want to enlighten us, send us an email or message us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and we'll add it.

We then shared this article on Facebook and some of our followers commented their own secret spots.

But the real standout here is the interactive map put together by the admin. It even details the hours the bathrooms are open and whether or not they're free. Take a look at it here and be sure to join the conversation and thank him on Reddit.
