Fleet Feet Training x CES Summer Training

Fleet Feet Training x CES offers a Summer Marathon Program tailored for beginner and intermediate runners aiming to complete a half or full marathon. This program provides a structured 19-week Full or 17-week Half Marathon training plan, led by certified coaches and supported by experienced pacers. Participants benefit from twice-weekly group training sessions and guidance through a smart, effective plan designed to prepare them for race day. The program not only helps runners achieve their goals but also builds community and fosters athletic growth. Key benefits include detailed daily training plans for all skill levels, professional coaching, and multiple group training locations in Elmhurst, Lincoln Square, Old Town, and South Loop. Group runs are paced from 8 min/mile up to a 13:30 min/mile run/walk pace, with mid-week speed/strength sessions and weekend long runs led by coaches and pacers. Additional perks include educational clinics, online support via Final Surge, virtual coaching chats, and a weekly newsletter with training tips. Marathoners can also enjoy the Race Day Resort* at the Chicago Marathon for premier hospitality. Participants receive exclusive Fleet Feet Training x CES apparel and access to discounts on in-store purchases, along with an online store for additional gear. Designed for experienced runners aiming to unleash their speed potential, this 19-week program combines group speed workouts, long runs, and expert coaching to help you achieve personal bests. Whether targeting the Bank of America Chicago Marathon or other fall races, this program offers tailored guidance and the camaraderie of group training sessions twice weekly. Key benefits include a detailed training plan accessible via Final Surge, weekly coach emails, and perks like exclusive race discounts, Fleet Feet Racing Team apparel, and premier hospitality at the Fleet Feet Race Day Resort for Chicago Marathon participants. Workouts are held Wednesdays at Lincoln Park and Saturdays starting from Fleet Feet Old Town, with options for early morning or evening sessions.
