Getting started is easy. For you to have registered, you needed to create a Final Surge account. This account is your home for all your training information and workouts. Click HERE to be guided to the Final Surge Website.
How do I view and follow my training plan?
When you log in, your training plan will be right there on your training calendar. You can view your daily workouts, track your progress, and stay organized throughout your training journey.
On the mobile app, you will be brought to the current day of training and can swipe left or right to go back or forward in dates.
How do I log my workouts on Final Surge?
It's simple. After completing your workout, you can manually log the details such as distance, time, and notes. You can also sync compatible devices, such as GPS watches or fitness trackers, to automatically record your workouts.
We recommend that you only sync with one device or app. If you sync with Strava and Garmin, you will see two of the same workouts on your calendar.
What kind of data can I track on Final Surge?

This will prompt you to open your phone settings to allow for push notifications. Without your push notifications turned on, you won’t receive an alert regarding any Social Wall updates or weather updates.

While Final Surge primarily focuses on training plans and workout tracking, you can include notes on what nutrition you used for your runs. We do recommend that you speak with a professional with regard to nutrition plans.
