Fleet Feet Downtown Mile 2024

It's back! 

We are so pleased to be able to bring back a fun and fast one mile race in the heart of downtown Chico! 

Join us for Chico's only downtown foot race, the Downtown Mile! That's right, one very fast mile! Test yourself to see just how hard you can push; we'll be there to cheer you on! 

Race Registration and Packet Pickup Information: 

Race day registration and bib pick up will be available on race morning beginning at 10:00 am - Noon at Fleet Feet Chico (241 Main Street). The race is scheduled to begin around 12:30 pm (ish). We ask that you are patient with the start time as we are at the mercy of the Stage Race :)

This race will max out at 200 participants! So, sign up early! 

Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packet Pick up will be held at Fleet Feet Chico on Sunday (Race Day) ONLY from 10am-12pm at Fleet Feet Chico

Online registration will close at 10:00am on March 10th and in-person registration will close at Noon (sharp) on race day. 

Cost: $15.00 pre-registration

          $20.00 In-person registration on race day

Awards:

Awards will be presented to the Overall Male and Overall Female as well as 3-deep in the following age groups (both male and female):
9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

TIMING

Timing will be done by Under the Sun Events. This race will have gun start and a chip finish, so feel free to space out. If you are racing for an overall placement, you must toe the line! (Based on Gun time/first to cross the line)
 

Gun start for the race will be at 12:30pm (give or take the bike race)
