Fleet Feet Sports in Chico employs over 20 people to serve our guests and our community.  We support our community by hosting packet pickups for area races, providing in-store clinics and seminars, and being an educational resource for walkers, runners, and triathletes. We are locally-owned and operated, not a chain store. For every $100 spent at locally-owned independent stores, $68 stays in our community.

We appreciate your business and your loyalty to our store. As a result, we offer our Frequent Buyer Program to all customers. You receive 1 point for each dollar you spend (before tax) on items in our store.  When you reach 150 points you are rewarded with a $15 Frequent Buyer Reward valid on your next purchase.  The program is free, there is no time limit to accumulate your $150 spent, and no membership cards to look after. Your $15 reward is valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Should you wish, we will ship your products to you free of charge within the continental U.S. We maintain your purchase history in our Frequent Buyer Program so, if you know what you need, just give us a call and your products will be on their way within 24 hours (Note: orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday).

Fleet Feet Sports is committed to finding the right FIT for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you may return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within sixty days, with or without a receipt. No returns on swimwear, underwear, nutrition or hydration products.  We will gladly replace defective items or issue a store credit. We won't rest until we find the right solution to your needs..
