Triathlon Training Program
The Spring 2025 Triathlon Training Program is a 12-week program that meets two to three times a week designed to prepare athletes for their first-ever triathlon or to help seasoned triathletes meet a new performance goal. This program will educate participants on triathlon training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, swimming, cycling, and running autonomy. This Spring 2025 season will be geared towards The Great Escape triathlon races. The race has a Sprint and Super Sprint options. However, our Coaches can help you train for any Spring race you choose!
Quick Overview:
- Open House Information Sessions: Saturday, March 1st at 9:30am
- Start Date: March 15th
- Goal Race: Jefferson City Great Escape Triathlon
- Cost: $275 for the whole training, $75 just swim sessions
Triathlon Training Participants will receive:
- 12-Week Training Plan
- Supported weekly group rides & runs with and 5 swim sessions at Mizzou Rec
- Custom Fleet Feet Sports training shirt
- 4 Training Specific Seminars and Clinics
- Special "Ask the PT/Dr Days" at Fleet Feet
- Celebration Party at the completion of the program
