Fleet Feet Fox Valley Staff resolutions for 2016
Do you have a resolution for 2016?
As 2015 comes to a close, the staff at Fleet Feet Sports Fox Valley looked at our goals for 2016!
We would like to share some of those with you!
Amy: Do my first triathlon or duathlon!
Angela: Run Grandma's Half Marathon, Ragnar Great River, and running another full in the fall. Lots of running with good friends, and lots of great experiences.
Eddie: I have never been one to make resolutions, because I believe that if something is worth doing, I should do it no matter what time of the year it is.
Melissa: I would like to eat less sugar (aka candy) and lose 20 pounds! I would also like to get more sleep!
Nate: I'd like to spend some more time relaxing and reflecting.
Tom: I haven't run a half marathon in a couple years, so this is the year, I will be doing the Door County half. Also plan on doing a few triathlons.
Tricia: I will log at least 50,000 steps per week with my awesome Garmin Vivofit! Once I reach 50,000 consistently, I'll update my resolution!!
Wendi: Run a PR in the half marathon, Eat more fruits and veggies!
