Program Fee: Registration Opens Dec. 29th 2024- Early Bird rate of $90, price increase to $100 after Jan. 20th 2025 (Right at $5 per practice!)
Description: No Boundaries is a nationally organized and recognized program, offered at Fleet Feet stores across the country. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5k (3.1 miles) in just 10 weeks!

Program Start: December 3rd at 6pm
Program Schedule: 12 Week Program
Program Fee: $120 excluding race fee
Description: The 2024/25 Winter Half Marathon Training Program is a 12-week program which meets 2 times a week designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. It is strongly recommended, due to the 12 week duration of this program, that participants enter the program with an established base of at least 5 miles. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body
awareness, pacing and running autonomy.
