Five Tips From Five Experts to Thrive in 2025
Whether you are a runner, fitness enthusiast or just someone looking to get healthier, stronger and/or faster in 2025, you are invited to join us for this free seminar that promises to be both informative and fun.
We will be joined by five experts in their respective fields - orthopedics, physical therapy, functional fitness, running and mindset/mental health – who will share their five favorite tips to help you thrive in 2025.
This seminar is free and will last about an hour, but there will be time after for one-on-one questions. All those who RSVP and attend will have a chance to win prizes donated by our experts.
Meet the Experts:
Dr. Amanda Fantry – Orthopedic Surgeon at Board Certified Nutritionist at Advanced Orthopedics New England. She specializes in the foot and ankle including sports/running injuries, arthritis, bunions, heel pain, fractures and other traumas.
Jon Maneen – Physical Therapist and owner of Rebound Physical Therapy. Jon also holds a BS in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a licensed massage therapist.
Mike Rieger – Performance running coach and Director of Training Programs at Fleet Feet Hartford. Mike has a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and is also an assistant track coach at Conard High School.
Andy Fredeen – Head coach and owner of Paragon Strength & Performance. Andy has a bachelors in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach.
Vanessa McClintock – Licensed Professional Counselor and founder/lead therapist of MindFit Integrative Wellness. Vanessa uses a variety of therapy modalities to help her clients find balance, reignite their passions and get "unstuck".
