Description: Are you wanting to get into running, but don't know where to start? Has the thought of running become stressful? In this training program, our goal is to bring new runners and avid walkers to take the first step in running. The plan is simple, MAKE A MILE! Make-A-Mile is a 4-week training program for all fitness levels. We will utilize intervals to get you to your goal to help make the transition to running as seamless as possible. We will meet on Tuesday nights at 6 pm, Thursdays at 9 am, and Saturdays at 8 am.
