Charitable Partners
We maintain ongoing partnerships with local and international organizations that promote positive relationships with running and empower the runner in everyone.
- Work with our local Girls on the Run chapter sets participants up for race-day success with free fittings and running form clinics. Donations from our Lucky Charm 4-Miler helps offset race-day registrations and gear costs for program participants, ensuring that the program is available for all.
- We donate the full proceeds from our New Year Run Challenge and partial proceeds from our Harrisburg Halloween 5k to support Communities Rising, a charity dedicated to helping children's educational needs in southern India. Thanks to these donations, we have been able to provide school supplies, food, and more than eight hundred pairs of shoes and socks to children in underserved communities.
- Yearly run clinics in conjunction with a week-long training program hosted by Fleet Feet staff and volunteers in India culminates in a 5k race designed to empower community kids outside of the classroom and encourage healthy movement.

Community Programs
We offer a number of free programs in support of our mission to allow everyone to experience the joy of running and eliminate the obstacles many face when trying to start a healthy, running lifestyle.
- We launched Kids Run HBG, a program designed to allow any family in need to register children ages 17 and under for the Harrisburg Mile free of charge, and offer a free training program that helps prepare them to compete in the race.
- We offer free training programs with certified coaches designed for all ability levels – from beginner runners to experienced marathoners. We run multiple programs each year to train participants for goal races like The Big Run, Lucky Charm 4-Miler, and the Harrisburg Half and Full marathons.
Philanthropic Events
Supporting our community is in our DNA: it’s what we do and who we are. Each day, we strive to have a positive impact on those in our running community and beyond!
- Our annual Dog Days of Summer and ReinDog runs raised thousands of dollars in donations for local animal shelters, like Green County Animal Shelter and Speranza Animal Rescue.
- Our inaugural Cumberland Valley RunRaiser raised over $1,300 in donations for the Cumberland Valley Cross Country team and their upcoming season.
