Our Half Marathon Training Program, sponsored by HOKA, will start August 3 and meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg and Saturdays at 8 a.m at City Island. We'll help you run your best half marathon! Our 14 week program will gear you up for a fall half marathon. Our comprehensive coached program is led by running coach Fred Joslyn and includes instruction on running form, pacing, hydration/nutrition, and tips to lead you to a successful race. Fred has many years of racing and coaching experience and will use his expertise to help you reach your goals. Program includes custom half marathon training plan and a Fleet Feet Running Club apparel piece.
