Beat the Heat 5K Group Training Program (Mobile)

Program Schedule: 8 weeks: 7/17/25 - 9/6/25

Program Fee: $100 ($115 after July 1st)

Description: This program is for all levels of runners or walkers! Perfect for someone who is looking for the community and motivation they need to stay active during the heat of the summer. The program will include 4 structured workouts per week, with 2 group workouts each week on Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am. Price increases May 21st.
