The Ugliest Group Run in Town
Join us on Thursday, Dec. 12, for the Ugly Sweater Run at Fleet Feet Aksarben! Dip into grandma’s closet and show out in your most hideous holiday sweater. Brooks will be at the event to provide giveaways and good vibes, and Kookaburra Cookies will be slinging cookies to help you satisfy your post-run sweet tooth.

It's time to hit the thrift stores! We want to see some of the most repulsive knitted disasters you can find. Bonus points to those who coordinate outfits with friends, and extra bonus points to those who create their own sweaters.
This is a high stakes contest! Brooks will host an ugly sweater contest with exclusive prizes, including a pair of shoes.
Satisfy Your Post-Run Sweet Tooth
To reward your ugliness for the night, snack on post-run Kookaburra Cookies! Arguably* the best cookies in the state, Kookaburra Cookies are a buttery sweet medley of delicious flavor.

Food Drive + Raffle
Bring 5 items of nonperishable food to the event if you can! All of the donations will be given to the Food Bank for the Heartland. Those who do so will be entered into an additional raffle giveaway with premium items from Brooks and Fleet Feet.

The meetup will happen on Thursday, Dec. 12, at 6:30pm at Fleet Feet Aksarben. Runners and walkers of all paces and fitness levels are welcome to join. The group will head north to Elmwood Park for any comfortable distance from 1-5 miles.
