A good day starts with a good meal…
Clean carbs to get ready for race day in these banana egg white oat bowls. Also a great way to use up bananas that have been sitting on the counter for a bit
1/2 mashed banana
1/2 cup egg white
1/2 cup organic oats
1/2 cup almond milk
Splash of vanilla
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix together in 2 cup greased baking dishes. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Keep in refrigerator and top with a dollop of natural nut butter of choice before reheating.
