The early sampling of cooler temperatures has been a runner’s dream! Our summer No Boundaries and Personal Best training programs can attest to the favorable conditions, especially at their goal race this past weekend at the ARC 5K. The two teams trained for 10 weeks this summer to compete in or simply complete the 5K on Sept. 9.
Many of our No Boundaries runners and walkers completed their very first race, some running the whole 3.1 miles for the first time, but all with the cheers of the most supportive team of athletes and coaches! The Personal Best participants ran their hearts out as well, many attaining PRs or their own “Personal Best” after focusing on pacing, efficiency and pushing toward their best this summer.
Just as quickly as the weather changes in Syracuse, Fleet Feet Sports Training transitions right into our fall training schedule this week! Crisp air to breathe, a comfortable breeze; the fall, while not yet officially upon us, is an ideal time to run, walk and work on your fitness goals.

FFXT - Fleet Feet’s Cross Training Program will build functional strength for runners looking for injury prevention exercises in a full body strength training program.
No Boundaries 5K Training: Including Begin-to-Run, NoBo2, WalkFit and Kids 5K teams.
Personal Best: Focus on your speed and efficiency in a program that will speed up your 5K or 10K time.
