Plan Cost: $599 for Tier 1 (October 15, 2018 - November 15, 2018); $625 for Tier 2 (November 16, 2018 - December 15, 2018)

2019 Fleet Feet Syracuse Annual Triathlon Membership
Fleet Feet Syracuse’s Annual Triathlon Membership runs from Thursday, November 29, 2018 - Wednesday, December 4, 2019 and includes all triathlon training programs and plans that will be taking place within the 2019 calendar year. Specifically, these programs and plans are:
- Winter Triathlon
- Spring Triathlon Transition Training Plan
- Spring Triathlon
- Fall Triathlon Transition Training Plan
Additional details for all of these components are listed below. This membership also includes two 25-minute NormaTec Recovery Sessions, which can be booked at anytime in the dates covered by the 2019 Annual Triathlon Membership.
Winter Triathlon
The Winter Triathlon Program is a maintenance or base building program appropriate for all levels, including beginners.
This program will run from Thursday, November 29, 2018 - Saturday, March 9, 2019. This program includes two weekly in-person group sessions (one swim and one bike) along with a training plan delivered via the online log/platform Final Surge. There will be a one-week break from in-person sessions the week of December 24, 2018; athletes will still receive training plan workouts during this time.
Spring Triathlon Transition Training Plan
The Spring Triathlon Transition Training Plan is a training plan that will be delivered via the online training log/platform Final Surge. This plan is geared towards helping athletes maintain base fitness and start to build towards race-specific skills that will be used in the Summer 2019 racing season.
This plan will run from Sunday, March 10, 2019 - Wednesday, May 1, 2019. It will include a training plan/schedule of workout that athletes can complete on their own.
Spring Triathlon
The Spring Triathlon Program is a program focused on preparing athletes looking to race short-course (Sprint or Olympic Distance) races during the Summer 2019 season. This program is appropriate for all levels of athletes, including beginners.
This program will run from Thursday, May 2, 2019 - Saturday, August 3, 2019. This program includes two weekly in-person group sessions (one swim and one bike) along with a training plan delivered via the online log/platform Final Surge.
Fall Triathlon Transition Training Plan
The Fall Triathlon Transition Training Plan is a training plan that will be delivered via the online training log/platform Final Surge. This plan is designed to keep athletes active during the transition period between the end of the 2019 racing season and the start of the 2020 base-building phase. While this program is appropriate for athletes of all ability levels, from those who haven’t ever completed a triathlon, to seasoned triathletes, it is recommended that athletes have at least the following capabilities before beginning this plan:
- Ability to swim 50 yards continuously
- Ability to bike for 30 minutes
- Ability to run/walk for 30 minutes
This plan will run from Sunday, August 4, 2019 - Wednesday, December 4, 2019. It will include a training plan/schedule of workout that athletes can complete on their own.

REFUNDS
- A full refund will be given to anyone up to midnight of the first day of the session if a valid reason is given for needing to cancel a membership.
- A refund of 75% will be given for those that provide a valid canceling reason up to two weeks in to any 10-week program such as No Boundaries and FFXT or up to three weeks for any program that is more than 10 weeks long such as the distance or triathlon programs.
- After the two or three week period, depending on the length of the program, no refund will be given if a member needs to stop participating in the programs for any reason.
TRANSFERS
- A participant can transfer their program entry fee, in its full amount, to a future program if a valid transfer reason is provided within the first three weeks of the program.
- Fleet Feet will provide a 50% transfer value of the program entry fee if a transfer is necessary within the five weeks of the program.
- After the five week period, no transfers will be allowed if a member needs to stop participating in the programs for any reason.
