The Spring Fling Training Program, presented by Saucony, is a 10-week program designed to help people run their best in any race distance 5K to 10K in the spring timeframe of early to mid May.
All signups will include a tech shirt, plus exclusive demos from Saucony throughout the season and a chance to win other fun gear from Saucony!
The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group workouts three times weekly plus runs on your own prescribed throughout the week, access to product demos, and prizes throughout the season.
