With Fleet Feet’s Training Program Powered by On, you’ll follow a holistic training plan designed to help you build the habits, mindset and fitness you need to cross the finish line feeling strong and empowered. Training for a full or half marathon isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A training plan tailored to your goal, from a fall 5K to a half marathon
- Athletes will have 3 in-person sessions and 3 prescribed runs to complete on their own.In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Tuesday runs will be more speed oriented at a local track or hill near Fleet Feet New Tampa.
- Thursday runs will be tempo workouts from Fleet Feet New Tampa store.
- Weekend long runs will be on Saturday or Sunday from the Fleet Feet New Tampa store or areas close by.
- Expert running coaches to provide you with support and advice
- Tips from pro athletes on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more

Half Marathon Training Program Powered by On
Program Start: Sept. 1, 2025
Program Schedule: Tues, Thurs and Sat
Goal Race:
St. Pete Run Fest
Program Fee: $160
Description: This 12-week program, powered by On, will allow participants to train for their upcoming fall goal race for any distance 5k to half marathon.
The end of this program will right around St. Pete Run Fest and local turkey trot races.
