Spring Fling Training Program 5K-10K Presented by Saucony

Program Schedule: In person group runs, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays - 10 Week Training Program

Goal Race: We encourage our runners to pick a goal race in May. We also encourage participation in our celebration of Global Running Day with The Big Run fun run at both of our stores.

Program Fee: $133

Description: If the program start date has passed, don't worry! If spaces are available you can still sign up at a pro-rated registration fee. The Spring Fling Training Program, presented by Saucony, is a 10-week program designed to help people run their best in any race distance 5K to 10K in the spring timeframe of early to mid May. All signups will include a tech shirt, plus exclusive demos from Saucony throughout the season and a chance to win other fun gear from Saucony! The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group workouts three times weekly plus runs on your own prescribed throughout the week, access to product demos, and prizes throughout the season.
