Brooks Dare Scoopback Run Bra

I have never found a bra that really fits well even after getting fitted at Nordstrom! Those ones squished out my back fat highlighting and exaggerating it! Yuck! I stumbled upon a similar bra at the Brooks Outlet in Bothell WA and loved it. Then I decided I wanted another one so I searched online and found this one. I didn't realize that the first Brooks bra I purchased had cup and band sizes instead of just sm med and large. So while searching for this bra I was able to see what was available by searching by my size (thank you Nordstrom). I had no idea sports bras came in band and cup sizes! And since I'm an odd size like pretty much everyone it fits perfectly. Not to mention one of the best parts....my back fat by my armpits is tucked in and smoothed out by this bra! It also has such good coverage that I can use it as a 'tank' underneath sleeveless tops for more coverage without having the bulkiness of an additional layer. This bra....I really love it.

Best sports bra ever. Ran a marathon in it. Easy on and off since back hook completely opens up I didnt have to dislocate a shoulder to get out of it after a hot sweaty race. Wicks away moisture for the most part as well. No chafing either.

Full disclosure: I did not get this bra to run in so I can't speak to the reviews here that talk about its durability on that front. But as an all day bra I wear because I want the support I love it! There's no hard edges/seams it doesn't rub or chafe anywhere. In the past I have gotten a little bit of heat rash on the bottom edge of my bras from the pressure on days that I'm super active (I work in receiving part of the time). This one is super comfortable. I've already ordered another one.

My daughter is very sensitive to fabrics fit and feel. This bra is soft modest and fits well. Our only complaint is the straps and tightening are tough. They sometimes slip and loosen.
