Pub Run Series 

Join us for our annual Pub Run Series!

These free community runs are a great way to demo some shoes from a variety of brands. Go for an easy run with good company and enjoy a cold beer at the end!

Come to all 6 pub runs and you will receive a "I run for Beer" shirt at the last run! Below is the list of runs and locations. Mark your calendar, bring a friend, and get ready for a good time!


August 14th with Muzino and Superfeet, at Ramble West Brewing
September 11th with Topo, at the Lost Dutchman
September 25th with Hoka, at Bellas Sports Pub
October 23rd with Asics, at The Commons

All runs will start at 5:30pm at the locations stated above.

Imagery for Injury Recovery
Picture this: You’re out on the trails for a planned long run. You’re two miles into a 13-mile route, taking in the scenery, listening to your breath, hearing the runners behind you stepping where you step, and then, bam! You’re on the ground in incomprehensible pain from rolling off the side of the trail. You try to stand up, but as soon as you do, the spinning starts, you’re dizzy and a little nauseous. You sit down. How are you supposed to get up? How are you supposed to get back to your car? What about your race in two weeks?

Injuries hurt the physical body; they also take a toll on an athlete’s emotions, too. This workshop will cover techniques such as imagery to help you get back to running both physically and mentally post-injury.

Join us for FREE Sunday Yoga with our resident instructor Kai — the perfect way to complement your training or simply reset and relax for the week ahead. This class is for all abilities, so everyone is welcome!

Join us for our Fall Trail Training Program and get ready for the Annual Fall Trail Classic on October 19th. Whether you’re chasing a 5k, 10k, or Half Marathon, we’ve got a spot for you.
