
Fleet Feet Greenville, SC invites you to join our 6-week Summer Sweat Series aimed at making you a faster, stronger runner! Whether you're looking to start your first fitness routine or hoping to increase your strength & stamina before training for your next major race, we'll tailor the workouts to meet your fitness level. During this 6-week program, we will guide you through workouts that are specifically orchestrated to help you build speed, strength, stamina, and better summer running endurance. Each session, led by our in-store coaches, will be designed to help you gain in-depth information on proper running form, cross-training mechanics, dynamic warm-up routines, strength-building, and more.
