
Fleet Feet Greenville, SC invites you to join our 6-week Summer Sweat Series! During this 6-week program, we will guide you through workouts that are specifically orchestrated to help you work towards your personal summer goal.
We will all meet in one large group at Fleet Feet Greenville at 7:30am.
We will offer three coached options each Saturday. Participants can choose which group they want to join week to week.
1.Head to the Greenville High Track: 15 min warm up, 30 min of track work, 15 minutes cool down.
2. Three mile route (conversational pace with a mix of those running, run/walking, walking)
3. Long run option between 4-7 miles.
