Fall 10K Training Program

Program Start: October 2025

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:15pm and Saturdays @ 7:15am

Goal Race: Huntersville 10K

Program Fee: $100, excluding race fee

Description: REGISTRATION OPENS AUGUST 1, 2025 Our 10 week comprehensive 10k training program is perfect for those looking to run or run-walk their first 10k race, looking to better their finish time from a previously completed 10k, or just need some motivation and inspiration to get out there and move! We offer you guidance from experienced RRCA certified running coaches, weekly group training workouts, and educational information on running topics. To ensure you get the most benefit out of this program, our recommendation is to be currently running or run/walking 2 - 3 times/week with a minimum long run distance of 3 - 4 miles. Our goal race is the Huntersville Hustle 10k or any other December 10k race that you would like to train for!
