Our 18-week training program is for anyone looking to run a full marathon in the Fall of 2025, such as Chicago Marathon, Columbus Marathon, New York Marathon, or Charlotte Marathon.
Whether this is your first marathon or you're looking to improve on your last one, our program has much to offer. Our experienced RRCA certified coaches and mentors will help prepare you for race day with a program that is designed to build endurance, strength, and speed. We provide a detailed training plan geared to your goals, an opportunity to learn new tips and techniques, information on pacing, race strategy, and a supportive community.
To ensure you get the most benefit of this program, we recommend runners should be consistently running at least 3 - 4 times/week, with a minimum long run distance of 6 - 7 miles.
