Description: TRI 101 is a beginner's triathlete program! This 12 week program is geared towards the new triathlete covering swim technique, cycling safety and gearing, run technique, transition, nutrition, injury prevention, stretching and more. It will be a complete training program developed by experienced and certified coaches to guide you to the goal of a sprint distance triathlon (400 meter pool swim, 7 mile bike, 3.1 mile run). Our goal race is the Huntsville Sprint Triathlon (date TBD). Best of all, this is a welcoming environment, where all paces, ages (16 and above), sizes and experience levels are welcome! YES YOU CAN!

Description: TRI 201 is for the triathlete ready to tackle open water swimming at an Olympic distance! This 12 week program is geared towards the triathlete who has already completed a sprint distance triathlon. We cover the essentials of any triathlon such as swim technique, cycling safety and gearing, run technique, transition, nutrition, injury prevention, stretching and more. We also dive into more specific information for open water swimming, race day fueling, post-race nutrition, further transition techniques, longer rides, strengthening essentials and recovery. It will be a complete training program developed by experienced and certified coaches to guide you to the goal of an Olympic distance triathlon (1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run).
Description: No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. It is a nationally organized and recognized program, offered at Fleet Feet stores across the country. While the focus is on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program, like Fleet Feet, is all-inclusive. It knows no shape, size or speed. This 8 week training program includes weekly training sessions, informational newsletters, daily training schedule and educational clinics. We offer three program options to choose from to meet your location/time needs!
Description: 70.3 Training Program is for the endurance triathlete: geared towards the first time half-iron athlete as well as the PR hopeful! This 12 week training plan focuses on taking you the distance in preparing for a 70.3 half-distance triathlon (1.2 mi swim, 56 mi bike, 13.1 mi run). It will be a complete training plan developed by a Certified ITCA or USAT Coach including twice monthly group training sessions!
Required Activity
Prior to Start: A graduate of 2024's Tri 201 program or have completed an Olympic distance triathlon. You must be able to currently run a 10k, swim freestyle stroke for 1500 meters continuously and bike 25 miles (15mph minimum).
You must be at least 16 years of age and understand traffic laws. Also, you must be a US citizen, due to training sessions that access Redstone Arsenal. It is imperative that you meet these minimum requirements!
