Registration is now open for our summer training programs! Whether you're looking for sweaty track workouts, a shady trail, or just a fun group to run or walk with on Saturday mornings, we have a program for you.
Summer Camp Trail
Starts Tuesday, May 31
Hit the trails with us this summer! This is a 6-week program for people who want to train over the summer, but want to avoid the roads and heat of the North Carolina sun and stick to the trails. To cater to different ability levels this program is not distance-specific. Program meets Tuesdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 8AM for 6 weeks.

Speed Demons
Starts Monday, June 6 (Morrisville) or Tuesday June 7 (Raleigh)
Join us at 6 AM Mondays and Wednesdays in the Morrisville area or Tuesdays and Thursdays in Raleigh for this six-week speed training program sponsored by Saucony. All paces are welcome! This is a program to improve your speed at any level; you do not have to be "fast" to join.

Breakfast Club
Starts Saturday, June 4
Breakfast Club is a great way to stay motivated during the summer. Every Saturday for 6 weeks we will meet at different coffee houses in the area at 7:30am. This program is open to all levels. You are welcome to run, run/walk or walk the routes. Mileage will vary depending on location.
