At Fleet Feet Stuart, we are all about helping you achieve your fitness goals.    Day in and day out, we are fitting shoes and equipping runners and walkers with the necessary equipment to exercise comfortably.  That's a large part of helping our customers toward their goals, but we also offer more in-depth training programs.  These programs give you expert running coaches and the camaraderie of a group all working toward a similar goal. Strollers ARE permitted in our programs.

Whether you are a complete BEGINNER and are literally going from the comfort of your couch to a 5K, finish your first full marathon or train for your next one, our Running Club Programs throughout the year help you accomplish these challenging and yet, very achievable goals!

Program Fee: $95.00 excluding race fee
Description: No Boundaries I focuses on beginners and those returning to running after injury or an extended break, but all levels are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 10 weeks! Along the way we'll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you'll have the camaraderie of others just like you! 2 separate training programs now offered in Stuart AND Port St Lucie. Stuart training programs meet on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings beginning September 30, 2025 Port St Lucie training programs meet on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings beginning October 1, 2025.

Description: No Boundaries II is a follow up program to No Boundaries I - it's perfect for participants who are looking to run a faster 5K race. Our NOBO II group will emphasize on run-walk intervals, and focus on pace and form - to ensure we reach the finish line as stronger and healthier runners. We introduce different components of training that will help build speed and strength. Often our weeknight workouts will include speed or interval training, strength training or hill repeats. We encourage those who are just coming off our No Boundaries program to consider their next step to be training with the No Boundaries II group. WalkStrong is strictly walking and perfect for the beginner exerciser to the advanced walker! WalkStrong helps participants take the first steps to a healthy lifestyle. Supportive and trained pacers will help you adopt a regular walking routine and assist you along the way. Now 2 separate training programs in Stuart and Port St Lucie. Stuart training will meet on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings in Stuart beginning September 30, 2025 Port St Lucie training will meet on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings in Port St Lucie beginning October 1, 2025.

It will include an education on training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance. Along the way we?ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you will have the camaraderie of others just like you! Now leading our 10K training program from Stuart and Port St Lucie. Stuart training meets on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings in Stuart beginning September 30, 2025 Port St Lucie training meets on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings in Port St Lucie beginning October 1, 2025.

Description: SpeedPlay- Strength & Conditioning with Coach Sandy This 6 week session will be in Port St Lucie locations. Improve your time and try some track workouts...bridge repeats...drills and core exercises. You will get stronger and become more efficient. This training program is good for Runners and Walkers of all levels. What to Expect - A lot of fun! - A variety of unique workouts each week - Dynamic warmups, cool downs and stretching - Track Workouts - Bridge repeats - Core workouts - Good form drills - Improve stamina and strength while becoming more efficient - Get stronger and faster - Meet new friends Register for the full 6 weeks at $80 and receive special in-store coupons. Drop-Ins allowed for $15 each week. Location will be shared each week on SpeedPlay webpage and Instagram/Facebook. Great workouts planned by Coach Sandy each week. Description: The Summer Half Marathon Training Program will meet twice a week for a group run and is designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. These programs will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. Now offering our Half Marathon training groups in Stuart AND Port St Lucie In-person Stuart group runs will take place on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. In-person Port St Lucie group runs will take place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Description: Our Full Marathon Training Program prepares runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. The FALL session will meet twice a week for in-person runs. Stuart group runs are on Tuesday evenings 6:30pm and Saturday mornings 6:00am.
