Discover the joy of trail running in a fun, safe, and supportive group setting! Join us for an 8-week guided trail running series designed for all paces and experience levels—whether you're a seasoned runner or brand new to the trails.

Unlike traditional training programs, this isn’t about building mileage or preparing for a race. Instead, it’s about getting outside, exploring a variety of scenic trails close to home, and enjoying an hour of running or walking with a great community. Each week brings a new adventure, rain or shine!

This is an exclusive Fleet Feet Running Club paid series—come see what all the buzz is about and experience the trails in a whole new way!

Registration is not Open.  Next session begins in the Fall. 

Rock Runner meets on Sundays at 8:00am.  These are not consecutive Sundays.

Rock Runner members will be notified by email of trail locations each week.

No Drop-Ins Allowed.

Rock Runner Rules....

The first rule of Rock Runners is: 

you do not talk about Rock Runners.

The second rule of Rock Runners is:

you DO NOT talk about Rock Runners!

Third rule of Rock Runners:  there is

no whining or crying on the trails.

Fourth rule:  unless you have a bone sticking out, you keep going.
