RACE IS SOLD OUT!

Packet pickup is OPEN at all three Tulsa area Fleet Feet locations!  Pick up in advance!  Packet pickup in-store will continue through 1 pm on race day, Thursday Oct. 17, 2024.

To avoid stress PICK UP IN ADVANCE IF FEASIBLE!

In-Store Packet Pickup will close at 1 pm on race day (Thursday, October 17, 2024)

On-site packet pickup at the festival will open at 5:30 PM on Thursday, October 17, 2024.  It will be located near the MAIN ENTRANCE to the FESTIVAL on Jackson Avenue.  This is the location where the shuttles drop off at. Look for the Fleet Feet tent and flag.

It is recommended that you pick up your packet in advance to avoid crowds on race day at the race site. IN-STORE PICKUP WILL CLOSE AT 1PM ON THURSDAY - RACE DAY! If you do not get your packet in advance, we will have it at the main gate for pickup.  

NOTE: Your race number is your admission ticket to the FESTIVAL on Thursday, October 17, 2024.  DO NOT LOSE YOUR RACE NUMBER!  Each race number has a unique QR code printed on the front left bottom corner that will be scanned to allow you admission to the FESTIVAL on race day. 

Entry to Oktoberfest is only for race day - Thursday. October 17, 2024! 

GEAR CHECK
We will have gear check for you to leave a bag of clothes to change into after the race. Gear check will be located by the Finish Line on the north end of the Festival. Please use a clear bag that you do not mind us writing on using a Sharpie if you bring your own bag! 

RACE WILL START FOLLOWING THE 7:00 PM DAS GLOCKENSPIEL SHOW.  WE ESTIMATE THIS TO BE AT 7:15 PM.  ONCE THE SHOW IS OVER THE RACE START WILL BE ANNOUNCED FROM THE TOP OF THE GLOCKENSPIEL.  LOOK FOR THE START SIGNAL AND ANNOUCEMENT FROM TIM. THIS AREA WILL BE VERY CROWDED.  WE WILL DO A GERMAN FOLK DANCE TO WARM YOU UP BEFORE WE START THE RACE.   

DO NOT BE LATE TO THE START - NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO START LATE!

CERTIFIED 5K COURSE
As was the case in 2023 - we have moved to a 5k and the course is USATF Certified!  Review the course map.  Consider wearing a light as the section of the course that goes under the highway on the pedestrian bridge is quite dark.  On the way back from the east side of the Arkansas River you will cross the river using the wide sidewalk adjacent to Southwest Blvd - see course map.  This change from previous years means the congestion on the pedestrian bridge under the highway will be much less as it will only be outgoing traffic!  A Tulsa Police Department motorcycle will lead the race and will patrolling the course after the first finisher along with our bike marshals.
