Our FREE Workplace FIT Program is built around YOUR schedule at YOUR location.

By fitting and educating your staff with quality products (footwear, insoles, injury prevention tools) we can empower and motivate your staff in ways that will benefit them and your company.

Our NEW Workplace Fit Program is a program that brings your company and ours together.  Workplace FIT allows us to bring a mini-store and our expertise onsite to your headquarters to fit your employees for shoes, socks, and premium insoles.  We are excited about this program because it allows us to take our mission and message of fitness “on the road” and serves as a great launch pad for your wellness initiatives!

From our experiences with this program so far, the most successful Workplace FIT events get their team excited about our onsite fittings and they also offer payroll deduction for their employee purchases, as well as offering to pay for a portion of each employee’s purchases.  Of course, not every company has this in their budget but this approach sends a very strong message to their employees that their health and wellness is important. Some companies have used our Workplace FIT event as their official “kickoff” for their Wellness Program as there is great energy all around the event and that carries over to their wellness kickoff.

The Details:

Our Work Place FIT event is completely FREE for you and your staff (we do not charge to host the event for your company) and we handle all of the logistics to make this super easy on you and your team (we usually offer a special deal for those who make a purchase that day).  We send you a link to our online scheduling system that you can email out to your employees so that we can schedule “FIT Appointments” for shoes and/or insoles prior to your store visit so that your employees can streamline their day -- we want to make this convenient and enjoyable for your employees. If scheduling appointments presents an issue for your environment, then let me know and we can possibly work around this.

We also offer you flyers to post in your breakrooms, as well as a flyer that you can email out electronically to all your employees to promote this special event.   We realize that your employees’ health and wellness is always a priority and we want to be there to assist you with getting your employees excited about getting and staying healthy this year.   In addition, we offer all sorts of training programs (walking and running programs from beginner 5k training to the half marathon and marathon distance) from all 3 of our Tulsa area stores -- we want to assist you in fostering healthy and happy employees! Why not use one of our upcoming training programs as a staff wellness initiative - we'll handle all of the logistics of providing organized training programs!

If your company is located close to one of our stores (418 E. 2nd St and 61st and Yale in Tulsa, 303 S. Main in Broken Arrow) then we can offer to host your company for a special Fleet Feet FIT Event! Very similar to Work Place FIT, we host your company at our store for a set amount of time and we offer the same experience as the Work Place FIT event - we provide the flyers to promote it, the appointments, and the special deals for your employees.
