Fall 2024 Pathways Training Session

Fall Pathways is a 10-week program designed to get you ready for the iconic 15K Tulsa Run. With three locations and three workouts a week you’ll be ready in no time!

Perks include dedicated coaches and pace groups, pre-defined and designed routes with on-course aid stations and support, a tech shirt, AND every participant receives a special gear up discount offer than can cover most of the cost of the program depending on purchases.

We offer a huge range of paces in organized pace groups. From running, to interval run-waking, to walking. We cover ALL abilities equally and everyone is welcome! We have experienced coaches, many of whom have been leading our groups for years. They know the ropes and have vast experience in running/walking multiple distances and in leading groups of runners and walkers.  We never leave anyone behind and will do a “loop of love” to pick up anyone having an off day!

The program meets three times a week at our three Fleet Feet Tulsa locations. Monday and Wednesday we offer both Blue Dome and Broken Arrow workouts, while Tuesday and Thursdays are at KingsPointe Village, all at 6pm. Saturdays rotate locations, and we start at 7:15am.

Above all, the Pathways program is a family of coaches, runners, walkers and run-walkers who support each other both on and off the road. Join us and see what it’s all about!
