Fall Pub Run Training Just Kicked Off

Fall Pub Run Training 

Fall Training Session Dates: September 10, 2025 - November 6, 2025

We meet on Wednesdays at 6:00pm at our Fleet Feet Blue Dome location. The program features a 2 to 4 mile workout with Guinness beer stops along the way! Over the course of the 9 week program, we gradually increase the mileage as well as the number of beer stops so by the end you are well prepared for the 4-mile, 3 pint McNellie's Pub Run!

By the end of the session you will be well prepared for the 4-mile, 3-pint McNellie's Pub Run!
 

Your registration fee includes at least 2 pints of Guinness each week, often more!

All participants receive a special pub run training lifestyle blend t-shirt!

Walkers are welcome to participate! Make new friends, drink some beer, and get a nice workout in!

We have pace groups ranging from 9 min/mile to walk and everything in between!

*All participants must be 21 years or older - be sure to bring your ID!*

Weekly Drop In Fee

If you can't commit to the entire training session you can drop in on a weekly basis.

You will be asked to complete an online liability waiver and the weekly drop in fee is $15.00.
